Credigro overview

The Challenge

Companies often struggle to manage internal policies effectively. Employees face difficulty accessing up-to-date policy documents, tracking compliance, or understanding procedural updates. Traditional methods—emails, shared drives, or static PDFs—lead to confusion, missed updates, and reduced organizational efficiency. HR and management teams spend excessive time distributing, monitoring, and enforcing policies manually.

Project Process & Timeline

Week 1 HR Workflows Audit & Personas

Audited policy creation pipelines and built HR manager personas to resolve dashboard navigation pain points.

Week 2-3 Dashboard Systems Architecture

Wireframed policy indexes, permission grids, notification panels, and version history trackers.

Week 4 Visual Dashboards Refinement

Constructed analytical statistics widgets, user profile card panels, and handed off layouts.

Understanding User Insights

I gathered qualitative feedback and analyzed standard workflow bottlenecks to establish clear visual milestones before designing structural interfaces.

Designing the System

Credigro was designed as a centralized policy management dashboard to simplify policy creation, distribution, and tracking. The platform allows HR and management teams to upload policies, set access permissions, track employee acknowledgment, and monitor compliance in real time. Employees can easily browse, search, and understand policies through a clean, intuitive interface. Features like notifications, version history, and analytics dashboards ensure transparency, accountability, and smooth organizational workflow.

Overcoming Obstacles & Prototyping

The main challenge was organizing large volumes of policy content while maintaining clarity and ease of navigation for employees. Another challenge was designing dashboards that provided actionable insights for HR teams without overwhelming them with data. Ensuring the system supported multiple user roles and access levels while remaining intuitive required careful information architecture and iterative testing.
